Columbia Road House and shop - un-photographed project

We were asked to convert nos 110 and 112 Columbia Road to create a large lateral dwelling and shop. This conservation area with very tight boundary lines was a challenge with an additional balcony and rear kitchen extension being proposed. The spaces created were large and idiosyncratic making a luxurious living and working environment.
