BLUEPRINT / SPECTRUM INSTALLATION
Asked to install a temporary bar to supply drinks to visiting customers at the Spectrum trade show we decided to create s series of simple plywood and laminate boxes which allowed service to supplied through them, creating a fun way of receiving a glass of bubbles. Unable to fix to the listed building we had to devise ways of clamping to surfaces and columns, cantilevering and hovering materials without permanent damage. A plywood lighting device linked these elements together with the shows promoter, Blueprint Magazine, providing us with magazine covers which we turned into lampshades.
